Shipping Returns & Refunds

SHIPPING

1. Items are shipped within 24hrs of payment.
2. Items are shipped by The Courier Guy.
3. Our standard delivery charge is R100. This is for delivery to most areas in South Africa.
4. If you are outside South Africa or delivery charge is more than R100, due to the size of your order or your location, we will notify you.

Returns & Refunds

1. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
2. Returns and collections are by courier only as we are an online shop.
3. Address for returns will be provided after you have emailed info@gripshop.co.za and notified us of your intention to return the item.
4. Items will need to be shipped back at your expense.
5. Original delivery charges are not refundable.
6. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
7. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item at your expense and place a new order.
